- 200 g of strawberries

- 1 skimmed yogurt (can be natural or strawberry)

To any of the above recipes you can change the milk for vegetable drink and replace the yogurt with one of soy. Try these other alternatives.
Banana ice cream, strawberries and almond drink
- 4 frozen bananas
- 5 frozen strawberries
- 50 ml of almond drink
Chop the frozen fruit and crush it with the vegetable drink, until it is creamy and a homogenous texture. You can take it at once or put it in the freezer.
Ice cream (sorbet) of watermelon
- 500 g of watermelon
- 125 ml oatmeal drink
- 1 stevia knife
- 2 cuch lemon juice
- 1 pinch of salt
Clean and peel the watermelon, remove all the seeds. Squeeze the lemon juice. In a saucepan put the oatmeal drink with stevia and bring it to a boil. Grind the watermelon with a blender, add the lemon juice, salt and beat again. Put it in the freezer and stir it from time to time so it does not crystallize.
